Product Series

4000_series Our 4000 series are specially designed TPVs suitable for extruded and blow molded tubes/ hoses, profiles such as weather striping, and sheet/film type applications. These products range from 55 – 75 Shore A, and have excellent compression set properties. All grades are UV stable. They are fully colorable, or can be purchased in standard natural and black.
3000_series Our 3000 series are uniquely formulated TPVs suitable for injection molded and 2-shot applications. Any application requiring an aesthetically pleasing appearance with excellent haptics and good chemical resistance will benefit from using these materials. These products range from 55 – 95 Shore A, and have excellent compression set properties. All grades are UV stable. They are fully colorable, or can be purchased in standard natural and black.
900_series Our 900 series are economical TPO products that are geared towards injection molded applications such as knobs, step mats, and recreational equipment. These products range from 35 – 60 Shore D. All grades are UV stable. They are fully colorable, or can be purchased in standard natural and black.
800_series Our 800 series are economical TPO products that are geared towards profile extruded hoses/tubes and sheet/film applications. These products range from 70 – 100 Shore A. All grades are UV stable. They are fully colorable, or can be purchased in standard natural and black.
543_series This series of products include many custom grades that were developed for more specific applications including sheet/film, profile extrusion, weather seals, and airbag cover as well as many others. Many of these products are UV stable and fully colorable, and are also offered in natural and standard black.
